ADA RACING KAWASAKI 800 SXR V2 GIRDLE BILLET HEAD SHELL
ADA Racing v2 billet head for the Kawasaki 800SXR engine. All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined in-house for consistency and performance. The head shell is then anodized for durability protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes o-rings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings.
This is our version 2 head that requires grinding the cylinder for girdle stud clearance.
Girdle kit and domes are NOT included.
This head uses larger diameter domes than our standard Kawasaki 750/800 head. The domes for this head are notched to provide clearance for the head studs. Domes are available for standard bore sizes up to 83mm and in a big bore version for up to 85mm bore sizes.
Please Note: The outside of the cylinder requires grinding/machining to give clearance for the girdle bolts. This is not a bolt-on application.
